Job Description
The ideal busser is detail oriented, self-motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.
Responsibilities include:

Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables

Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing while maintaining organization in the dish room

Resets tables to the restaurant's standards

Restocks service stations and handles all linen storage/removal

Assists in bread and water service

Helps maintain cleanliness in restrooms

Removes all garbage, cleans counter tops and walls, sweeps floors and keeps all surfaces clean throughout the restaurant
Requirements
-
Must be a minimum of 18 years old
-
2 years restaurant experience; fine dining preferred,but not required
-
Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers in English

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs

Operare various pieces of equipment
-
Abiilty to stand/walk for up to 6 hours, as well as bend down
-
Be able to move tables weighing up to 150 pounds 4-8 times per shift

Be able to carry objecst, such as full garbage cans, weighing up to 80 pounds

Ability to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds 5 feet off the ground

Ability to carry trays up and down stairs that way up to 35 pounds multiple times in a shift
